Returns for Unwanted Items

If you decide you no longer want the item you purchased, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Please note that you will have to pay to have the item shipped back to us in Canada, by a tracked delivery service. We are not liable for any shipping costs incurred. 

To start a return, you can first contact us at info@glyphmetal.com. Please make sure to include your order number in your email.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, an item is missing, or an item is damaged on delivery, please immediately take a photo as evidence and send it in an email to info@glyphmetal.com

Please make sure to include your order number in your email. We will evaluate your complaint and we can either send you a free replacement or refund you on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
